An international franchise, Steamatic of Arkansas is a local, family-owned company based in Little Rock, AR and Hot Springs, AR. In 2001, Dwight and Carolyn Morse and Richard and Misty Pools expanded Razorback Carpet Cleaning (established in 1972) to provide additional services to clients as well as to insurance agents and adjusters.

In 2015, we took ownership of Steamatic of Arkansas in Little Rock, AR. Thanks to state-of-the-art equipment, a wider range of services, and a strident employee training program, it’s become a premier provider of comprehensive cleaning services

The company specializes in carpet and upholstery cleaning, air duct cleaning, water and fire damage recovery and restoration, and mold remediation. We’ve put in a great amount of time and effort to study, test, and earn industry certification in carpet cleaning, upholstery and fabric cleaning, odor control, carpet repair and reinstallation, water restoration, and fire and smoke restoration.

In addition, Richard is mold certified in applied microbial remediation, one of just five in the entire state. Dwight holds a Class C HVACR license from the State of Arkansas, which is mandatory for performing air duct cleaning.
